Scheduling Team Manager

WHO WE ARE and WHAT WE DO

Cascade Conversion is a student generation agency for kid's activity spaces (gymnastics, dance, swim, martial arts, etc.) We use cutting edge marketing and advertising techniques to drive new student enrollments for the clients we work with.

Most owners in the kid's activity industry got into their business because they want to work with kids. Unfortunately owners often end up being pulled in too many directions with little room for what they love. We partner with these kid centers to provide a predictable stream of students and let coaches get back to coaching.

Working for Cascade Conversion provides a flexible schedule, opportunity for growth, no commute (remote work!), and a supportive team to work with. The position is part-time with the ability to be full-time for a person with the right skill-sets.
