They do not replace or modify the Advertising Services Agreement or Standard Terms and Conditions that govern Cascade Conversion’s services to clients.
Cascade Conversion LLC (“Cascade Conversion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit cascadeconversion.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
If you are a client receiving advertising services from us, the way we handle data on your behalf is also governed by our Advertising Services Agreement and Standard Terms and Conditions. This Policy covers how we handle information about visitors to our own Site.
01Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form on our Site, request a consultation, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any other information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar tracking technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location.
Information from advertising platforms. We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook), Google Analytics, Google Ads tracking, and similar advertising technologies on our Site to understand how visitors interact with us and to deliver relevant ads. These tools may set cookies and collect identifiers that allow us and the platforms to recognize your browser across websites.
02How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request
- Send marketing emails about our services (you can opt out anytime — see Section 6)
- Improve the Site, our services, and our marketing
- Measure the performance of our advertising campaigns
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
03How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as described below:
- Service providers who help us operate our business — for example, our email service provider, CRM, website host, and analytics providers — and only to the extent needed for them to do their job.
- Advertising platforms like Meta and Google, which receive limited information through pixels and similar tools to help us measure ad performance and reach relevant audiences.
- Legal and safety reasons — if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
- Business transfers — if Cascade Conversion is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
04Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for the purposes described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete them. Note that disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions.
You can also opt out of certain advertising-related tracking through these tools:
Do Not Track signals. Our Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals, because there is no industry-standard interpretation of those signals. We treat all visitors consistently under this Policy.
05Children’s Privacy
Cascade Conversion provides advertising services to businesses that offer kids’ activity programs (such as gymnastics, dance, swim schools, martial arts, and preschools), and we market those services to parents and guardians. We do not direct our Site or our services to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@cascadeconversion.com and we will promptly delete it.
06Your Choices
Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing info@cascadeconversion.com. We will still send transactional emails (for example, billing notices) when needed.
Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing info@cascadeconversion.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Cookies. See Section 4.
07State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have the right to (a) know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell or share, (b) delete personal information we have collected, (c) correct inaccurate personal information, (d) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information, but we do share information with advertising partners that may qualify as “sharing” under California law — you can opt out by emailing info@cascadeconversion.com), and (e) limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Washington residents. Washington residents have rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act with respect to “consumer health data.” Cascade Conversion does not knowingly collect consumer health data through our own Site. If you have questions about how we handle data on behalf of our clients, please contact us.
Other states. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights. To exercise any of these rights, email info@cascadeconversion.com.
08Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. We use SSL/TLS encryption for sensitive data transmitted to us, and we limit access to personal information to employees and service providers who need it to do their jobs. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we experience a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
09Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When we no longer need the information, we will delete or anonymize it.
10Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing any information with them.
